Brief background information: I have purchased two

I have a 9:45 AM appointment on the day in question, and it is a 45 minute drive from my home in Myakka City. I got there right on time, and it took about 20 minutes for George to get out and do the paperwork on the brief warranty repair. I was told the job would take an hour, and, of course, decided to wait. Three hours later, the job had not even been started. I was told that the technician was in a meeting with Jim Gettel. I am beyond dissatisfied, and from now on, will use my local garage to do my servicing.
