The facility was very clean. The staff members were great especially Chelsey Preston who helped me get the perfect car I needed for daily transportation. Even, Jorge Sotelo, he has worked there the longest. He came over to talk to me about cars and how he purchased the perfect one for him and his daughter. It actually made the time go by fast while I was waiting on Chelsey to complete my paperwork. Everyone offered me water to include Karen Burke who verified my voucher in the office with the blessed pictures behind her desk. Everyone was just so friendly. Id definitely recommend people to visit the Nissan of Wichita Falls to buy a vehicle. Rachad Moreland finalized my paperwork in the finance department but over I have zero complaints from everyone I encountered 3/19/24. More

Jorge Sotelo has been my absolute " go to guy " ! I'm an older lady and Jorge ALWAYS helps me with anything I need help with about my vehicle. Not growing up with all the "tech" stuff that is avail I'm an older lady and Jorge ALWAYS helps me with anything I need help with about my vehicle. Not growing up with all the "tech" stuff that is available now I sometimes need help from Jorge on how to reset my radio to pairing my phone. Jorge does it with a smile and makes me feel it is ok to ask for help. That kind of service is "invaluable" to me as a customer. You've got a great employee !❤️ More

Came in for an oil change and they found the tires on the back of my wife’s car needed to be replaced. They were able to get them the next day and have her ready for her 6hr trip over the weekend. Oil change went from 24. 95 to 74.95 ... after oil change and truck was washed I had to find out my battery failed... that should have been done while the oil change was being 95 to 74.95 ... after oil change and truck was washed I had to find out my battery failed... that should have been done while the oil change was being performed during inspection... why wasn't this brought to my attention? Service has gone down hill drastically they should be ashamed... been doing buisness with them since 2018. Probably won't be doing buisness much longer. More
