My son bought a 2022 ram 1500 in August. A few months later, the MGU went on it. Ram sent them a defective part so they had to get a new one shipped to them. It was a long complicated issue, but Jose was in contact with me every day and really cared about the customer. They provided a rental and Stephen the GM went above and beyond to do what he had to do on his end to help us moving forward we hope we can continue a positive relationship with working with them More
