This dealership demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism from start to finish. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle began smoking while still on the dealership’s property. Despite clear professionalism from start to finish. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle began smoking while still on the dealership’s property. Despite clear evidence, staff initially attempted to dispute what happened instead of taking responsibility for a vehicle that failed instantly. The purchase process itself was just as chaotic as the buyback that followed. Paperwork was repeatedly missing or incorrect, communication was effectively nonexistent, and I was forced to constantly follow up just to get basic information. Commitments were made and not honored. Even after confirming multiple times that everything would be ready, I arrived to pick up the buyback check only to find the required paperwork was not ready. Although the vehicle was eventually bought back, the process dragged on far longer than reasonable. Due to ongoing issues related to the check I kept following up for copy’s of all the paperwork of the original sale only to find out after many emails and phone calls that everything was shredded. At every stage, the burden was placed on me to chase answers and ensure progress, something no customer should have to do, especially after purchasing a defective vehicle. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control, internal organization, and accountability. If a vehicle can fail immediately and if basic documentation cannot be handled correctly then I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and to document everything.
