Came in for service appointment which took some issues with the communication via email and ended up calling. Wanted to make sure they were aware since I lived out of the area I needed to get Saturday app with the communication via email and ended up calling. Wanted to make sure they were aware since I lived out of the area I needed to get Saturday appointment which they would not do and I also informed them twice I would have to wait for the service to get completed, when I got there for service they did not have that information????? Now to top it off the appointment was delayed which was indicated being a computer issue. I ended up late for a scheduled business meeting!!! I will try to get service done somewhere else next time. More
