Just Ok This dealership was just an ok experience. I can't say that we would buy our next car from them. Our experience with Daniel wasn't pleasant. He was n This dealership was just an ok experience. I can't say that we would buy our next car from them. Our experience with Daniel wasn't pleasant. He was not responsive, did not provide details when asked and we honestly felt as if he was brushing us off before we even came in to buy a car. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were once again ignored and brushed off and were about to leave until Jose came to help us. Jose is the only reason we bought a car that day. He was friendly and answered all of our questions and for once we felt like valued customers. Then the happiness wore off when we went to financing with Alex. He was very rude and short and was not easy to work with. We had to say something to Jose because we were about to walk out. Once Jose spoke to him, it got a little better but at that point we were just disappointed in the entire experience. To top it all off, we were at the dealership for 5 hours which to me was so unprofessional and unnecessary, mostly due to the back and forth with Alex. I didn't think it was fair that Daniel and Jose had to split the commission as Jose was the real reason we bought the car. He tried his best to make sure everything went as smooth as it could. Good luck if you decide to go to this dealership. Ask for Jose. More

Full of BS I have had no issues with the service department at Acura of Westchester. Some people are nicer and easier to deal with than others, but overall haven I have had no issues with the service department at Acura of Westchester. Some people are nicer and easier to deal with than others, but overall haven't had real problems. My issue is however with sales guy Jose Crespo. Two years ago I made an appointment with him to discuss upgrading my TSX for a TLX. He sold me on a 3 year lease. I explicitly told him at the time that I would be moving away from NYC with 6months remaining on the 3 year lease, with a very high likelihood of going back to Canada. He told me not to worry about it and there would be no issue at all returning the car early. Fast forward to present day. I email him to ask him about how to return the car early and if I can do it to any Acura dealership. He completely ignores my question and enthusiastically tells me to call him to discuss an upgrade. I reply that I am not interested and I would like to return the car early. He answers if you're moving, please return car. No sh*t! I asked you if I can return it to any dealership or does it have to be to Acura Westchester and if I can turn it in early. He simply replies call Honda Finance. I now get off the phone with Honda Finance and they inform me that it is not possible to do early return and that I am responsible for the full 36 months of payment on the lease. I know his job is to sell cars, but that is clearly all he cares about and will say anything including utter lies to do so. More

My salesman, Jose Crespo, could not have been more accommodating, attentive, friendly... I could go on and on about Jose! It was very busy when I visited; however, Jose made me feel like I was his only client. I was then introduced to the Finance Director, Alex Piccirillo. Just like Jose, Alex was very friendly; he was very attentive during our conversation when we spoke about my financial situation; and he put me in my dream car.
