I wanted to lease a 2014 MDX in Forest Mist Metallic with Eucalyptus leather interior and had a very hard time locating the vehicle. I decided to visit the showroom and compare price and availability and was very surprised when Jose Crespo told me that he could have the vehicle within a matter of days (honestly I did not believe him, we all know how car dealers can be....full of promises). Well needless to say Jose came through. Jose was very polite and just an amazing person. I actually visited the showroom early 2013 to inquire about the new 2014 mdx and that's when I met Jose. When I walked into the showroom on Jan 18, 2014 Jose actually remembered me and remembered the color of the vehicle I had inquired about over 1 year ago...I thought that was very nice and special. Jose was very helpful and kind. I would recommend Acura of Westchester to my friends and family. I would also like to mention Frank Cardillo was very kind and a pleasure to work with and I can't forget to mention Danny "The Voice" Giannotti who broke down the entire lease process for me. Jose was a friendly as you can get. He was very accommodating when we laid out the terms we were looking for. He worked with his dealership to ensure that the vehicles he showed us would be within our price range and that we would get the monthly term that we were looking for. So basically, we went in on a Sunday and drove our certified pre-owned 2011 RDX off the lot on Thursday. I highly recommend you check out Acura of Westchester if Acura is what you're looking for. Our over all experience was wonder! The quality of work this dealership is beyond words. They have very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a time that went by that someone ask us if we were alright and if this dealership is beyond words. They have very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a time that went by that someone ask us if we were alright and if we needed something, like water or coffee. The environment was very clam and relaxed. They did not seem pushy at all but instead they wanted you to be happy with what you are getting. I went with my mother who only spoke a little bit of english and wanted to be help by someone who spoke spanish. We went on a sunday so not everybody was working but lucky Jose was there to help us out. He was wonderful he truly seemed that he cared for us and wanted to make both me and my mother happy. The car we came to look at was not there so he help us find another car similar to the one i originally wanted within the same price range. Which was great! Jose was very helpful when answering all the questions my mother needed to know and more. More
