When I met Jose Crespo I instantly felt comfortable talking to him. He was very professional and helpful. He made sure I understood everything, he didn't abandon me as soon as I agreed to buy the car. He made sure everything was prepared and set for me. He was very patient. I left the dealership with my brand new Acura happier than ever. I have been looking for an Acura TL for a while now, finally I was able to find something matching my needs and budget. I worked with Jose for test drive and pricing. As soon as we walked into Acura of Westchester we were greeted at the door and offered refreshments and help by Jose Crespo. We immediatley felt like we were in good hands. Before going to Acura of Westchester I had looked online and seen some cars I was interested in, Mr. Crespo had no problem looking up the car, grabbing the keys and giving us the full run through about the car, both exterior and interior. He also was very open about other alternative cars that he thought I might like, and he was correct! I ended up choosing a car that I hadn't seen online and I am so happy that Mr. Crespo gave me options. He is a very friendly and was always there whenever we had questions. Mr. Crespo is very professional and I would reccomened you go to him if you want to walk out of that place with a smile on your face and your dream car. He did an outstanding job helping me pick my FIRST CAR! I am completley in love with it! and I couldn't have done it without his generous help! :) More

Getting a new vehicle can be a stressful experience especially when your dealing with a trade in and your a. family dealing with today's economy. I first met with Jose Crespo who was both professional and straight foward i explained the type of vehicle i needed and Jose came up with a model and financial situation i could handle. I then met with kenny Hicks a Guru of cars sales who sweetened my deal and saved me even more money. Finally i met with Alex Piccirillo who went over every detail of my deal and explained what i would and would not need to fit my family lifestyle. Jose was very enjoyable to work with. There was no stress involved when working directly with him. Of course when it came down to settling on a price, Tony entered the picture.
