Bought a tesla and picked up the next day, dealership didnt charge it at all had just enough charge to make it to the closest super charger but then couldn't charge it because the dealership failed to fi didnt charge it at all had just enough charge to make it to the closest super charger but then couldn't charge it because the dealership failed to fix the unpaid balance on the account therefor not allowing me to supercharge, and I couldn't even call tesla to get this fixed because it was too late in the day. Called the dealership and they said they would get me a tow truck asap... i was told that if i didnt hear anuthing in 20 minutes to let them know. I called back after 39 minutes no answer, texted the manager that co tacted me and no answer called him like 5 times and left a voicemails and no answer, almost 3 hours later I get a call from the tow truck guy that he would be there in 30 minutes. Took me 4 hours to get home from picking up the car at this point it was already 10pm, the next day no one from the dealership called to see if everything was OK or if they could do anything, nothing. This was a very bad experience and the lack of care afterwards just shows how they operate More

Jose in the used car dept. worked with me really well. Didn’t try to sell me cars I didn’t want to see. I came in with a list of cars I wanted to look at and test drove them al worked with me really well. Didn’t try to sell me cars I didn’t want to see. He worked the price and financing down to what I needed and I drove off the lot happier than I expected. More

I felt there was some false advertising on the Facebook ad. It stated that with a certain amount of down payment what your price would be OAC.
