my visit with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel was an early morning appointment. I arrived on time about 15 minutes before my appointment which was at opening time. At my appointment time which was 8 AM I was greeted by Jose who took my information and assured me everything would be OK. Jose also ordered me a ride home via a ride service. My vehicle pernformed as anticipated during the ride to New Orleans from Wesley Chapel. I am satisfied with the service I received and the treatment from the technicians and service representative Jose, and I will return for additional services in the future.. More

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with their financial department. Our experience was a costly lesson in their unprofessionalism and incompetence. As many other reviews highlight, their customer financial department. Our experience was a costly lesson in their unprofessionalism and incompetence. As many other reviews highlight, their customer service is severely lacking. Specifically, their finance department, led by Fabio, made a critical error by writing a short payout check to Hyundai Finance. Despite multiple attempts to contact him to rectify his mistake, Fabio chose to ignore our messages, demonstrating a shocking level of negligence. His manager, General Manager Jose, proved equally unreachable, consistently 'unavailable' and unresponsive to our calls and messages. This blatant disregard for their admitted error forced us to take legal action to recover our losses. It's appalling that a dealership would create such an unnecessary financial mess and then refuse to act responsibly. Avoid this dealership if you value your time and money. More
