Marissabedbaugh, Thank you for providing your feedback as it is very important to us for quality control purposes. We apologize as it seems you were not completely satisfied with your recent interaction. We also wanted to take the time to address some of your feedback and clarify what could be a miscommunication on our part. Our service department is closed to the public so when we told you to bring the vehicle in it was for a drop-off. The issue needed extra time and was not going to be ready that day. When we tried explaining that to you, you decided to take the vehicle and not get it serviced. We then called you several times to reschedule another drop-off day but just received voicemails. A couple of days after this occurred your husband called and we advised him you would need to have it dropped and he stated he would call us back to reschedule and we have yet had a chance to assist you in this matter.
