"New Forester" I leased a 2018 Forester and the whole experience was just amazing. I spoke to Tony Broudian who helped me when I bought my first Forester in 2012, al I leased a 2018 Forester and the whole experience was just amazing. I spoke to Tony Broudian who helped me when I bought my first Forester in 2012, although he now has a different position now he was happy to start the paper work. I than worked with Jose Guerrero who went over everything and rode with me when I test drove the new Forester. I was feeling very confident that I was making the right choice in leasing and I finished my experience by working with Ramzy Saleh to finalize everything. His professionalism, courtesy and patience in dealing with me and more importantly my wife was outstandin I cannot speak more highly of Jose Guerrero. His professionalism, courtesy and patience in dealing with me and more importantly my wife was outstanding. I was very appreciative of how he spent time with my wife after we bought t he car to help her understand all the workings of the new car. My wife dropped by the lot and Jose first helped her. She liked Jose the first time she met him and exclaimed to me how helpful he was initially. Later when I came by another gentlemen helped us because Jose was not on the lot, sadly I don't remember his name, but he was very helpful and polite. We told him we would be back the next Saturday and this gentlemen checked and made sure Jose was working that day. We were also very impressed with Mr. Ramzy Saleh, and the maintenance personnel that Jose introduced us to. You have an outstanding staff and we have commented on this to everyone we have shown the car to. More
