Very nice experience at Tropical Ford! Lisa in internet sales replied quickly to my questions about the truck and set up a viewing time. Derrick showed the truck to me and explained it Lisa in internet sales replied quickly to my questions about the truck and set up a viewing time. Derrick showed the truck to me and explained its many features. Took me on a test drive and set up the deal with great financing. Jose in the business office explained the deal and options in detail. He also explained the paperwork as we went through it. Trish in the service department quickly got some add-ons I wanted for the truck done. Well done by all! More

Worst dealership experience ever. Truck broke down the next week and it was a $1,000 repair. Entire management staff was terrible! Jose was finance and he was no help at all! Trade truck over year ago bec next week and it was a $1,000 repair. Entire management staff was terrible! Jose was finance and he was no help at all! Trade truck over year ago because of this and they are still causing me issues to this day! Spelled my name wrong on my gap cancellation check and like that wasn’t enough trouble getting it in the first place! More

Steve, Zoe and the finance manager were all very amazing. Even though we had trouble with the Mach E For over a month Steve was always very good about keeping me posted.
