CONGRATULATIONS! Here's your keys Drove a car on its last legs (200,000 miles) to the service department late Sunday. Service department gave an estimate early the next morning. I told them i needed some time to think about repairing the car. The next evening, the salesman and finance person were able to get me into a very nice SUV. No pressure, no funny numbers game, no back and forth craziness. It was a conversation, not a confrontation. No buyers remorse here. More
