I felt like he was put off with us and the fact that we didn't bring the truck we were trading in. He seemed to have little experience with the process and what needed to get done. I was expecting to get a call from him to follow up with us, we never got a call, not even to thank us for the sale. Really poor salesmanship. Not sure he knew a lot about the truck we were looking at and not sure of all the features. Michael on the other hand was great, he interacted with our boys and he made us feel like he genuinely wanted to help us! I wish Michael had waited on us in the beginning, he needs to get the majority of the credit for the sale. He has the right demeanor to deal with people and really tried to help us. I was a little dismayed that we didn't get a full tank of gas, we had 46 miles until empty! I had to run out that night and put in gas. I also think your website says we were supposed to get a gift card? We didn't get that either. I also thought the process for determining the final payment was a little long, I know we had to wait on the bank but it seemed a little longer than it should have been. Jose was amazing! He made the final process enjoyable and gave us some advice that we truly took to heart, I really like him and my wife was put at ease by him. If we ever need another vehicle, we would return to Tropical just because of Michael and Jose. More

Luis and Vitalie were excellent salespeople, friendly, knowledgeable, and very low-key. They thoroughly explained all of the features of our new truck and made sure we knew where to go when we bring it back for the free oil changes. The facilities were nice without being over-the-top. While we completed the paperwork process with Jose, Luis and Vitalie made sure the gas tank was filled and the truck was immaculate for us to drive home. We have used other Ford dealerships in the past but we will definitely do business at Tropical Ford from here on. More

He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and suggested I look at the Ford Edge, as it was not quite as large as the Explorer. I drove an Edge, but it was not the color or some of the features I wanted. They found an Edge at another dealer, we made a deal and even got it to the dealership my birthday. It's my birthday present to me and everyone wished me a Happy Birthday when I picked it up. More
