Service for oil change is expensive. Made appointment for 10:30 but car was not ready until 2:30. When asked why we made an appointment, we were advised we should have been in 30 minue Made appointment for 10:30 but car was not ready until 2:30. When asked why we made an appointment, we were advised we should have been in 30 minuets sooner as other walk ins showed up....again, why make an appointment? Can go to a Jiffy Lube for less money and time. More

My 2021 3. 0 diesel has been in there numerous times you guys can never fix the problem missions to this time needing a catalytic converter. Hopefully the Lemon 0 diesel has been in there numerous times you guys can never fix the problem missions to this time needing a catalytic converter. Hopefully the Lemon law system helps. Also, you guys not disclosing my car was eaten by rats when delivered maybe not helped either. Maybe you guys can help with the Lemon law and call Chevy. More
