Jose Lopez was EXTREMELY professional and helpful taking care of my truck! I moved to Milwaukee last year and honestly, my experience was rough at best. However, Jose was so helpful that he completely chang care of my truck! I moved to Milwaukee last year and honestly, my experience was rough at best. I will continue to do maintenance and work on my truck through Lake Chevrolet exclusively because of how well Jose Lopez treated me and my family! Dealership does not listen to the Customer When you ask the service rep, Joseph Lopez to check and see if my vehicle still has warranty for transmission And never looks into it. I brought in my car for a repair and an estimate came back the next day. After approving the repairs, a part that was supposed to be replaced was sent back which caused a delay. Then another part was fou back the next day. After approving the repairs, a part that was supposed to be replaced was sent back which caused a delay. Then another part was found to be bad, which i asked them to check originally. This caused another delay and more money. After picking up the car there was noises and it was found that bolts were not put back on the lower cover. It's unbelievable how many mistakes were made and for the money I paid i expect much better More
