And each time I have gone, Jose Magana has been my go-to guy. Even if he's not in, he's making sure I'm taken care of by one of his fellow associates, most recently Jackie Bernardino. In my experience, everyone is helpful and friendly. And I know I'm not the easiest to deal with do God bless them for their patience! If you're looking for a place that's going to care about you, and do everything they can to meet your needs, this is where you need to go. More

The deals are always good and the staff are willing to negotiate. Jose M and Ramin helped me out and did a great job being very considerate of my needs and time. Living in the inland empire, it is a bit of a drive to Cerritos but worth saving $1000 or more. My local dealership in Temecula once admitted to me they could never match Norm Reeves' prices because of their volume. Like many other dealerships this one (in temecula) adds ridiculous markups to profit from the unsuspecting local clientele as it is the only way they can stay in business. If you need a Honda you should definitely go to Norm Reeves. You won't find better prices or customer service at any other Honda dealer. More
