I found the car model (Honda Accord EX) and color that I wanted on the Norm Reeves website. It was the only dealership I saw within a 50 mi radius that had the color I wanted. We exchanged a couple of emails to confirm the car was available for lease, I called to set an appt time, and to see what I needed to bring in. We met at the time as scheduled... Car was ready to view, and Jose went over some of the features, since I had previously only test drove (at another unfriendly dealership) an LX. Very friendly, down-to-earth transaction. Jojo in finance was friendly and efficient as well. Went home a couple hours later with my new car. More

As I now live in San Diego, I needed to work with someone remotely. I chose Norm Reeves based on our previous purchases (this is our 4th Honda purchased from this dealer) and the large selection. I tried to find the car at local dealers but they were not willing to "keep looking" for the Accord I wanted. Jose watched the cars expected to come in and alerted me as soon as a car close to the one I wanted was available. When I came up I really did not want the color combination and he found an alternative option for me which was perfect. Since I came up from San Diego, I needed to be back on the road by a certain time and he worked hard to not delay me. While I wanted a lower price, I was very happy with my purchase. Rich was great at explaining all the paperwork and warranties and also kept me on my timeline. I thought he was very thorough. More
