It took two weeks to diagnose my vehicle. Once the vehicle was picked up, it was misfiring really bad after the engine replacement. I had to bring back the vehicle the following day for the coil pack to be replaced. Then I drove straight home went on vacation for the weekend only to come back to my battery being dead. At this time, I discovered that the negative terminal wiring was not tightened on and was only was placed on top of the terminal. All of the employees are very nice, but there is a ton of back-and-forth. More

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted. My 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel had a check engine light and a deaf light on. It’s a known issue with DEF quality sensors, which are covered up to 100, My 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel had a check engine light and a deaf light on. It’s a known issue with DEF quality sensors, which are covered up to 100,000 miles. I have 49,000 miles on my truck and also purchased the extended warranty and the truck from you. The dealership informed me that draining and refilling my DEF tank would cost $1,300. I couldn’t believe it was required for a truck owner to test the DEF before putting it in their vehicle. I drive the truck back and forth between California and Montana, and the DEF constantly gets used during these trips. The price was reduced to $700, which I still shouldn’t have to pay, but I needed my truck back. Stellantis locks people out of clearing codes on their own from their trucks, which is another issue altogether. The person at the dealership was nice, but I’m thoroughly disappointed with the outcome of this entire event. A full refund would be greatly appreciated. More
