There are not enough words to expand upon the stellar professionalism, friendliness, and sincerity of Mr. Ocasio. We both "laid out our cards on the table”. He worked very hard on finding a great solution for us, as we already had an idea of what features/options we wanted in the vehicle. The car is excellent (Fusion Titanium AWD with EcoBoost), and our leasing terms are excellent (low payments for 36 months with mechanical, wheel, and tire coverages)! We stopped in on Saturday, took a test drive, and on Monday we drove off with our new car that had less than 15 miles on it! More

I have had many bad experiences with car salesmen constantly having to haggle so much for hours it would become so exhausting and frustrating and ruin the experience of buying a car. Dealing with Jose was a breath of fresh air. He knew my price range and gave it to me straight on what truck was within that range. He didn't waste my time or keep me there for hours. He found my truck and had it delivered and kept me updated the entire time. He had gone above and beyond for me. I've dealt with many car salesman between myself my wife mother and two sisters and never have I had such an easy time buying/leasing a car. I would definitely recommend Jose to anyone looking for a new car. I couldn't be happier with the amount of honesty and professionalism Jose conducted himself with. I love my F150!!!!!!! More
