That's where I was greeted by , and shown around by Jose OCasio. I asked every question I could think of, and without a skip of a beat Jose had the answer. There was no pressure , or misleading info to gain my trust. I found Jose and his managers to be refreshingly honest , and forthcoming . After feeling completely at ease, I decided that day was the day! I bought a beautiful Ford Edge, saved a substantial amount of cash ,and couldn't be happier!!! I was way overdue for a new car and was virtually clueless about the leasing process and a bit wary. From the moment I walked into this dealership and met with sales consultant Jose Ocasio, my fears began to dissipate and it turned into a very pleasant and memorable experience. Jose was professional, friendly, accommodating, and worked with my father and I to get a great deal on my 2015 FOCUS. He assisted with many of the logistics involved and provided helpful recommendations to make the process easier. From beginning to end the entire process from negotiating the terms of the lease, to learning some specialty features of my vehicle (Zhen), and finally "signing on the dotted computer screen" (Reggie Williams) was streamlined and transparent. I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience I have ever had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this staff/dealership to others. More
