So pleased with my experience!!! I would like to start by saying that my experience today at Ford Lincoln of Queens and in particular with Mr. Jose Ocasio has by far been the best car I would like to start by saying that my experience today at Ford Lincoln of Queens and in particular with Mr. Jose Ocasio has by far been the best car leasing experience EVER! I have leased cars in the past and every time my lease was coming to an end , I would dread having to start the process all over again, that is until today. My husband and I have been searching for the right car and right deal for the past 2 months. We have spent countless hours going to many dealerships in Long Island City as well as on Hillside Ave., just to be frustrated by lack of customer service and pushy salesmen. My husband went to Ford Lincoln of Queens a few weeks ago to take a look at the Ford Edge. It is a vehicle that the both of us loved for a few years now. He was nicely greeted by a wonderful salesman, Jose Ocasio. Mr. Ocasio was very respectful, NOT PUSHY, and provided my husband with information on the Edge and a potential offer very much worth considering. Finally, my husband came home actually looking hopeful and content with his visit at Ford and his meeting with Jose. As promised, my husband took me to Ford Lincoln of Queens today, introduced me to Jose, and the Edge :). I loved both! For the very first time I walked in to a dealership which is so nice and clean with a very professional staff. My husband led me to Mr. Jose Ocasio and introduced me. He is a very knowledgable and sweet man with whom I felt a sense of ease and comfort right away. We spend some time talking, getting to know one another and I was able to share some of my previous bad experiences with him that I had in the past with other dealerships. He shared my frustrations and agreed that leasing or buying a vehicle is a commitment which needs to feel right both being happy with your car as well as payments. There was no hassle , mind games or manipulation . There was simply the neatest most efficient process ever. Let's just say we went in to lease a car for my husband and I ended up leasing an Edge as well !!! Mr. Ocasio helped me with taking care of the remaining payments on my Jeep lease and offered me a deal I couldn't resist with no pressure at all so I could get an Edge as well. He made this process so easy for my husband and I , saved us a lot of time and headache and for a second there we felt he was too good to be true, thankfully he is real and it wasn't a dream. 2 Ford Edges later, not only are we happy to be part of the Ford Family, but made a nice friend , Jose , as well. Thank you again for your warmth, smile and honesty today. May all car lessees and buyers be as lucky as we were today. Thanks Jose!!!! More
