I brought a brand new truck in for a stereo issue. When I got it back there was grease marks on the ceiling and driver side visor, the inside door jam on the driver side was filthy from dirty shoes, a When I got it back there was grease marks on the ceiling and driver side visor, the inside door jam on the driver side was filthy from dirty shoes, and the dash was scratched up. I was highly disappointed. The only resolution offered was for me to bring the truck back to them. I am very busy and do not have time to sit and wait for them to fix something that should never have left the facility in that state. More

My appointment was at 11:00. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before I was acknowledged. My truck sat there until 11:55 before anyone moved my truck. I was told that they alw I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before I was acknowledged. My truck sat there until 11:55 before anyone moved my truck. I was told that they always over schedule so I would have to wait. Eli did not tell me that when I called to make the appointment. It is a bad business model to treat customers that way. I bought my truck at Marshall Mize and left their service department because of how rude and unprofessional they were.. I have been to your department a couple of times in the past and received good treatment but I am beginning to think that it must be a Ford way of dealing with customers. I had planned on trading next year but am rethinking my brand now. This was a horrible way to treat customers. More
