Awesome Leasing Experience This is the second car I have leased from Audi San Diego. The intake of my previous car when off without a hitch. I had done my homework and knew the This is the second car I have leased from Audi San Diego. The intake of my previous car when off without a hitch. I had done my homework and knew the lease amount value of my new lease (Q5) and reached that lease amount without a bunch of back and forth. Unfortunately, after leaving the dealership I clipped the side door while entering my garage creating a large scratch and paint transfer. No worse feeling. The next day I returned to the dealership to drop off my second key from my previous car and let Gino know what had happened. He immediately took my car and told me to wait in the lounge. 15 mins later he returned the the scratch and paint transfer was completely eliminated. I have never been so happy. The customer care from Audi San Diego is second to none and Gino was absolutely awesome! More
