We don't shop for cars every day! We had the opportunity to do it with Mr. Redd and the experience could not be better. From the moment we arrived at the dealer to the point we left ( We had the opportunity to do it with Mr. Redd and the experience could not be better. The Alexander Esterov (Business Office) also did a great job. He reviewed the options in detail and even created a chart to facilitate comparisons. I was able to purchase my new RAV4 Prime SE completely over the internet (from Florida) without any problems. Karen Castaneda the internet sale manager was able to reserve it and it arrived exactly as pr over the internet (from Florida) without any problems.
