The service center representative was very professional and kind. As well as the young man that took my keys and greeted me as I walked in. Also another gentleman that was restocking the coffee and snacks and kind. As well as the young man that took my keys and greeted me as I walked in. Also another gentleman that was restocking the coffee and snacks was welcoming. My only complaint was the front desk receptionist that took my call before my appointment. I was advising her that I would be 10 minutes late. At that point, she insisted that I reschedule because there was no room available. I asked to speak with my representative. She said he was busy and would tell him to give me a call. I never received a call, but I still got to my appointment in time coming from Ocala. I asked the representative if was he notified of my memo to call me back and he stated “no.” Unfortunately I believe that the front desk receptionist was overall rude; and unwilling to help, plus she was not completely honest. Once I arrived, her demeanor was not friendly. She seemed careless and unapproachable. I’m unsure if the receptionist is this way with the array of customers that frequent BMW. I’m hoping that on my next visit it will be more pleasant. Thank you Gainesville BMW. More

I was on a trip to visit our boys at UF. We had a bad tire issue on the way. everyone that helped me was fantastic. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the agent, and I'm thrilled with the vehicle I ultimately chose.
