An hour before my appointment a salesman called me and I asked "why are you calling me, is the vehicle not available? My friend is driving me to this appointment and I do not want to waste their time." I was assured the HRV was there. A half hour later, we pulled in the parking lot. I received a text telling me the HRV was not available. Since Nucar Toyota saw me a valueless customer, I left and went to Anchor Subaru in North Smithfield where they have world class customer service! More

Was only my second car I'm 24 but i got way over charged with a car with wayy to much mileage for the price. I should have done more research going I but still. It had a broken blinker nob that had to be replaced. They handed me one key asked for the second they said there isn't kne asked the past owner and never heard back from the dealership told me I'd have to for it for a car with 54,400 miles after close was 24,000 for a kia forge. Only after I had it longer I realized to there was leakage and moisture getting into the rear light. They sold it to me like that and it also very scratched up. I have found the same forte with same mileage or less for several thousand less. I wknt ever go here again and will be way more cautious next rime with these xxxxers. Even when I brought the car back under warranty of course they tell me the moisture getting into the back light they wknt cover and will cost 500$ to fix for a xxxxing car I got xxxxed for. Awful place and terrible customer service. More

The finance person, Francis, we specifically said to run our credit ONCE. Well once we got home, I noticed he ran our credit 3 times, I know not that much more but we did not want more than 1 inquiry on our credit report. He confirmed that he ran it once with their "most popular" one (whatever that means). I am highly disappointed and for that reason not sure if I would trust the dealership anymore. More
