I am pretty young for fully buying my own car, they really helped me get approved for a loan and get me in a good car. I feel super safe and I actually loved the first car they put me in so much that I went with that one! They have awesome cars, keep them really nice and would never give it to you undriveable. They would never put you in a car you can't afford. They are so genuine about the sale and give you every piece of paperwork you could possibly need. One thing I really appreciated was the plates and registration for them included in my down payment, it was a worry I had because I wasn't sure how to go about it but it was all taken care of for me! Wonderful people, wonderful service, I highly recommend Bill Kay for anyone's auto needs. More

Easiest used car buying experience yet I did my research online before visiting the dealership. We went on a Saturday, mid-morning. We were helped almost immediately by Jose Salas. He was friendly and brief and within 10 minutes of being there, I was sitting in the car I had come to see. I was able to go out and test drive the car alone. I brought up a couple of concerns about the car when I returned and Jose answered my questions to the best of his ability. I didn't feel pressured and spent some time asking more questions, going over numbers, negotiating and finally, I was happily on my way to my new vehicle. I offered that I would like to pay outright for the car and was told that would be ok. After some more conversation, I was told that I could only use my debit card for half the amount. The other half would have to be in cash or cashier's check. I was a little unhappy about this as I felt that as a business, there should be a) an expectation that you're going to pay fees as the price of doing business and b) a certain level of trust between the dealership and the customer. I mean, I did just give them all of my information. But I complied with what I was told was their "policy" and left the dealership to retrieve cash. In under 3 hours, we had signed, sealed and they delivered my car, fresh and newly plated. I drove away very satisfied. More

I came in a few days later with my dad, and the process was fairly easy and streamlined. The only long waiting period (around 45 minutes) was when we had to wait for the guests before us to finish in the financing office. Joanna was also very nice and contacted me quickly to set up times for me to come in. Really my only issue with the visit is when there was a misunderstanding regarding the financing percentage; the financing manager harshly corrected Jose in front of us, which is a manner I believe could have been handled differently or at least privately.
