In some prior auto purchases at different dealerships, I felt that I was more informed on the model vehicle that I was planning to purchase by looking online at different features prior to visiting the dealership. I did not feel that way about Jose.....every question that I asked was answered completely without needing to discuss it with another sales person or the sales manager. The negotiation and paperwork were both handled efficiently and the truck was ready at the time of pick up. More
