I wish I could say in on my way home, but in having to stop to put air in my tires because it was not done with my service appointment, oil change and the rotation... This is the second time this has occu stop to put air in my tires because it was not done with my service appointment, oil change and the rotation... This is the second time this has occurred! Hence the reason I checked this visit. How can I trust that any of the $200+ service i paid for was performed? How can you? When enquired about it, the service consultant attempted to place the blame on me for getting my service here? WOW! There are plenty of business's that offer oil change and the rotation who are trust worthy, so John Megel is not the only option. If you do choose to use them, I would avoid the technician Joey and the service consultant Jose. As for me, I doubt I will purchase another Chevrolet, I mean, if you can't fully trust the service department, how can you trust the rest of the dealership? UH manager? Owner? Anyone? More

This is the third car we've purchased from Megel Chevrolet and each time has been a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience purchasing my Equinox last summer. Cam Gentry was fun, courteous Chevrolet and each time has been a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience purchasing my Equinox last summer. Cam Gentry was fun, courteous and there was no high pressure. He took the time to call me later that day and told me that one of the employees had bought my trade-in after we left which made me feel very good, as I really loved that 2012 Malibu, also purchased from Megel Chevrolet. Would definitely tell anyone looking to buy a Chevy at Megel to ask for Cam. More
