Communication and belief that the dealership has the customers best interest in mind has been thrown out the door. And when the service manager asked if I was being taken care of, I said not really and customers best interest in mind has been thrown out the door. And when the service manager asked if I was being taken care of, I said not really and he said okay and went to lunch. I have had a recall on my truck for 2 years and recently was told that I was number 3 on the list and should be receiving a call within the week. After waiting 6 weeks, I stopped back by the dealership and was told I would be called the following Monday. Never happened. I went back by the dealership that Thursday and had to get a little aggressive and miraculously was scheduled for the following week to get the recall handled. Don't hand the customer excuses of why something is not being handled. We don't care that the dealership was bought out. If you tell us we have to be on a list for parts, put us on the list and communicate, communicate, communicate. More

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS NEVER had a problem with dealership when it was Bill Bryant been with them since 2014 BUT will never go back, went in for a simple oil change next day the alternator went out this was o when it was Bill Bryant been with them since 2014 BUT will never go back, went in for a simple oil change next day the alternator went out this was on a Monday said they would have the factory part the next day it would be ready on Tuesday or I could have a part that afternoon I said go ahead and I would get the van that afternoon when I got home I called them back and said I would wait for the factory part but they said the part was already installed so Told them OK and I would pick it up that afternoon. Get a call that afternoon that the alternator had damaged the computer so needed that fixed for another $ 1300 Texted them and asked if the van would be ready Wednesday as I needed it to transport Wheelchair patient to doc appt NO reply called Wednesday spoke to someone else in service said van paperwork was signed off but give them a couple of hours to finish Van was not ready until Friday afternoon with no one returning texts to tell what was taking so long. Very upset when went to pick up van told them I had spoken to a mechanic and he had said they had probably damaged the alternator when installing which had led to the computer problem which they denied BUT they said I had a factory part installed which seemed strange as they had an alternator installed Monday at noon but supposedly they couldn't get the factory part until Tuesday Also while I was there a mechanic came and spoke to someone saying that while trying to remove a couple of bolts that they had damaged the frame (I wonder who had to pay for that frame) So my oil change ended up costing me close to $3000 will never go back there. They did discount my bill but not to my satisfaction I felt that that there was some error made and I should have been compensated MORE More

Mike and the service department staff were very professional, couteous, and a pleasure to work with and deserve the 5 stars. However, I must say that it is disappointing that 6 months to the dat professional, couteous, and a pleasure to work with and deserve the 5 stars. However, I must say that it is disappointing that 6 months to the date of purchase of this vehicle from this dealership it is in the shop for repairs. I paid an additional $3k on the purchase loan for this vehicle to be certified preowned and this repair was not covered. Additionally, there were no loaner vehicles and I was without a vehicle for a week which ruined my planned vacation. I was told that I could Uber which is yet an additional expense on top of the repair bill. I can say that I'm not too happy with this dealership. I don't consider this to be a good business practice and because of this I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Mike and the service team is the only reason why this review has 5 stars. More
