I spent 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change. Come to find out that your service department went way beyond and wanted to do $2800.00+ in service work. I've been using the service department for the last 10 years and have nothing but high praise for the individuals working there. They go out of their way to make sure your satisfied. I dropped off my Ram at a scheduled appointment of 7:30 02/15/24 and it was ready to be picked up at 3:00 02/17/24. They did drop me off and pick me up from my rental in the Villages at No Charge. I was in contact with Jose Valdez Thursday and Friday and then I was in contact with his son Yadiel Valdez on Saturday. Both of them are very knowledgeable and kept me informed with the status of my pickup. I think they both did a Great Job! I do appreciate it! More
