The adviser I had was somewhat harsh and not personable. I also don’t like the fact that my Jeep came in for an oil change and I was told it had updates that were needed and the dealership would have to kee I also don’t like the fact that my Jeep came in for an oil change and I was told it had updates that were needed and the dealership would have to keep my Jeep. Then the nightmare continued we were ubered to The Villages to get a rental car. We were there over an hour waiting for a vehicle. 5 hours out of our day for an oil change is not how we wanted to spend the day, plus tipping the Uber driver and putting gas back in to return it. The dealership needs loaner cars. Not a good experience. More

Waited over four hours for an oil change service writer never.came out to give us a status. After a little over three hours I went to check on my vehicle was told it was in the wash are.
