The other members of the staff were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered helpfully and clearly. My experience was top of the line from the minute I entered the showroom and spoke with the friendly receptionist, to the signing of the final papers.The showroom, work area and waiting room were comfortable and immaculate. A well-run and established business that values its customers. I highly recommend it. More

Both of these individuals were outstanding and assisted me in completing the process of trading in my former Highlander and purchasing a new 2016 Highlander. I had been attempting to complete such a transaction for quite some to and was not gaining any traction. John was very much interested in helping me make a deal. Anthony was a breath of fresh air making sure all details were met. The finance manager was also outstanding and cared for all items necessary making this a very painless transaction. It was an all around great experience. We leased the car on the spot and picked it up the next day. He spent so much time explaining all the workings and features of the car. Oliver didn't rush and made us feel like we were his only customers although we knew people were waiting for him. He is amazing! More

Went back and Joe A and Brad did not hesitate to get involved and fix the situation asap. They alleviated all the stress, removed the complications and handled the whole scenario quickly, professionally and to my ultimate satisfaction. My only disappointment is that I can only rate them 5 stars. This is a dealership with respect for the buyer. They understand that a new car is a huge decision & alot of money. He explained the whole process in terms that we could easily understand and was friendly and forthcoming at all times.
