I purchased my 2022 Acura MDX in July 2021, and I’ve really enjoyed owning it. It’s been a fun vehicle to drive. My feeling has always been that their technicians are specifically trained on Acura vehicles and may notice things that another shop might miss. Over the years, I’ve appreciated that they make recommendations and give me options without making me feel pressured to approve something I don’t want or need. My most recent visit was no different. Mariah was the first person to greet me and get me checked in, and she was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what she does. Joseph handled my service and was equally professional. He explained everything well, kept the process moving smoothly, and made the entire visit easy. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and a few additional maintenance items taken care of. After nearly five years of bringing my MDX here, I’ve continued to have good experiences. Gunn Acura Service has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joseph, Mariah, and the service team to anyone looking for a reliable place to have their Acura serviced. More
