Both Justin Spaethe and Joe Bethel made it a fun experience. When my husband got home and found out the radio didn't work and he couldn't get the cell phones to link up and stay linked up, he called Justin. Justin came right over when he got off work and replaced a fuse that had burned out. I thought that was above and beyond. I thought both Justin and Joe were very professional, responsive and just a real pleasure to work with. They both talked to us not only on a professional level but also talked to us on a personal level which put us completely at ease. They both listened to what we wanted and didn't want and we will be coming back to Moritz Alliance again, when we are in the market for a car. More
