Wonderful Experience - From Start to Finish! After doing a great deal of research my husband and I decided that a 2014 Ford Edge Sport would meet the needs of our family of four. I used the USAA buying service and was contacted by Joe Britt and Dan Little. I found a particular vehicle I liked on the Ted Britt website and let Dan know that was the vehicle I was interested in test driving. Dan called me the morning of 25 August 2014 and asked when I could come in to see the vehicle. We arranged a time and no more than 2 minutes after I hung up with Dan, Fred Stoner called me and let me know he would be helping me with the process. From the moment I walked through the door until my husband and I signed the paperwork later that day I felt like I was family. Fred answered all of our questions, clarified every rebate and incentive we were entitled to, and helped us get the best deal for our family. Arturo Carcas was our finance specialist and he was extremely knowledgable about all of the different options for financing the vehicle. He was very personable and thorough. We really enjoyed talking with him. Mary Burroughs was an absolute delight! She sat with me in my brand new Ford Edge and showed me all of the very cool options I got with my beautiful new car. She is a wiz at teaching all of the aspects of the Ford Sync system. I know that I can call her and ask anything about the system and she will be able to walk me through it. My husband and I would definitely buy another vehicle from Fred Stoner and the team at Ted Britt. Fred has been at this dealership for 21 years and is an absolute consummate professional. Never did I feel pressured to buy an add on to the vehicle or felt that my concerns or questions were a nuisance to the staff. I have been in other buying situations where I felt like I was an irritant to the salesperson. This was definitely not the case with Fred and his team of professionals. I am so very happy with my new car. It drives beautifully, I love the voice activated features and the car is gorgeous! Thanks to all at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly!!!! More
