I have worked with this dealership for approximately 5 years, From sales, finance and service department this dealership is by far hands down the best experience. I am happy that this location improved on service and technology. I love the video link that I can see my car diagnostic and comments from the technician. At the waiting area, the Starbucks coffe technology. I love the video link that I can see my car diagnostic and comments from the technician. At the waiting area, the Starbucks coffee and popcorn is very nice. Seating with working table wand USB charger are perfect when I want to work on my laptop. Also clean drinking water is important. Very happy about the refreshment during the wait at the office. The ride to where I want to go instead of waiting 4 hours is much appreciated. I used to drive Honda that has a shuttle but the Lift driver is much better. I can watch an app to know when the car is coming. Thank you! I am very happy and will continue service my car here. More

Had to pay out of pocket for a rental. My car was being repaired under warranty for a transmission solenoid which took the dealership approximately 14 to 15 days to fix. Had a previous appointment for 120,000 mile service which did not get completed but they did recommend an AC service. More
