They’ve helped me with everything from warranty repairs, including oil leaks, brakes, rotors, and recalls, to regular maintenance and servicing. I especially want to recognize Samantha Masuguchi. She is always so helpful, honest, and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and keeps me updated throughout the entire time they have my vehicle. I always feel like I can trust her recommendations and that she genuinely wants to make sure my car is taken care of. Having someone you trust when it comes to your vehicle makes such a difference, and Samantha and the team at Gosch Ford have definitely earned my trust.
