Honestly can’t stand this dealership, blows my mind you’re able to stay open with such poor communication. No matter what department I call and leave a message, I never get a call back. I’ve left voicemails in three different departments and not once have been called back. I also think when I dropped off my vehicle, I should have been told it would take two full days for it to be finished. I understand my service writer became ill, but returned his message within a hour to get a rental car and then never heard back. I had to Uber over to your store and speak to someone to get a loaner vehicle. I’d rather drive to Encinitas Ford where I bought the truck from and Uber home from there than deal with this ford store. More

They sent me an updates regard to when to come pick up to the shop, the process for check up and even what time was returned . They sent me all the detail of my car. This was an excellent service. I definitely am someone who care about how professionalism the service department is while doing my car shopping. Highly recommended the Gosch Ford. More

I brought my vehicle in for the first time to get oil change and two recalls done. They told me it would take one day at the end of the first day. You offered me a rental vehicle, but I didn’t need a rental vehicle For one day On the second day, he called me and said my vehicle was complete ready for pick up. I asked him for transportation from my home to the dealership but they said no we don’t go to Canyon Lake is too far from our dealership had no way to get there so I got a Uber, but you offered me a rental car but you didn’t offer me a ride. I don’t understand that you say you have good customer service but you offer car but you don’t offer me a ride I think the rental car would be more expensive than a ride to your dealership, so what is telling me is that customer service only works when the customer come to you and you don’t go to the customer so now I have to make a decision do I have you work on my vehicle or do I have another dealership work on my vehicle? More
