Jason- As I mentioned to you, I've actually worked at two different Ford Dealerships in my lifetime, and most of my family is in the car business. I was absolutely blown away by your honoring of the original price. No pushback, just a quick ..."we'll honor that". And both parts and service keep coming up to and surpassing the mark as well. The recent recall for the dash topper was evidently more extensive than first thought by your service department. They kept me apprised and continued to apologize for taking longer than originally quoted. I was provided a rental car and I was not inconvenienced in the least. I honestly think that the service department was more concerned with the delay than I was. I understand that this was the first one that was performed at this store, and that's always a learning experience. I'd much rather have it done right than fast. The truck was returned clean and everything works as it should. Not looking for any spiffs, but I tell everyone I can that this is the only dealership in the area to buy a Ford from.

It took these guys like three days to change my battery and then they forgot to rotate my tires, but they left me a present by deflating my tires and nearly causing me to have an accident. What a joke. More
