We went to the Lake Elsinore Ford to get a Transmission
Recall work done to our 2014 Ford Focus. As soon as they found out it was a recall , they automatically said that they were too busy to handle it and
Recall work done to our 2014 Ford Focus. As soon as they found out it was a recall , they automatically said that they were too busy to handle it and said that they will call when they had an appointment slot. No call back for a couple of weeks.
So we decided to call Gosch Ford Temecula and they said just come over and they'll look at it. We brought the car in in July 2022 and Joseph Britton was the Service agent who attended to us. He listened to what our problem was, verified that yes there was a recall issue. He then said that the part was not available and that we should leave the car at Gosch Ford so that they can do the Fix/Repair when the part came in. He processed all the paperwork and arranged for a Rental car for us. . All through the time when they were waiting for the part to arrive, Joseph would reach out to us , give us the status update and a number that we could reach him at if we had any questions . He did this weekly until the part finally arrived.
When it arrived, he called us to say that they had just made the Recall Repair and that we could come and pick the car up.
Since we were out of town , we said that it will take us 2 days to get back. He said it was not a problem and we came back two days later and met Joseph at Gosch Ford Temecula. He then said that we could pick the car up and that was it.
We would like to sincerely commend Joseph Britton for his handling of the situation from start to finish . He kept us appraised of the situation weekly , for months and he was always available when we wanted him to find out what was happening and why it was taking so long. He is very customer conscious and an excellent Service Representative. Thank you Joseph Britton.
Next we would like to Thank Gosch Ford Temecula in the excellent manner they handled Recall.
