Like many dealers in Naples this dealer is deceitful and should never be dealt with. First, they tell you they can match Kelly blue book or come close. Untrue, Kelly blue book valued my 2021 Jeep at $32,00 should never be dealt with. First, they tell you they can match Kelly blue book or come close. Untrue, Kelly blue book valued my 2021 Jeep at $32,000. They come in with $28,000. Second,Then they charge you a reconditioning fee over and above the listed price on the used car your trying to buy of approx $2100. all they did was wash and wax car. They never even made attempt to clean motor, and did nothing of substance to car. The car fax showed the prior owner had the brakes and tires replaced prior to trading it in. Third they ad a Naples advantage fee of $2477. Now all this provides is some detailing and road side assistance. No drive train protection and again nothing that you need or would want. Four, when you challenge them on all of it or tell them they are underpricing your trade, they say the market is going down. Meanwhile they probably got the Mercedes for tops $11,000 but want $2000 over Kelly Blue Book. Stay away, ask questions and whatever you do don't buy a car from them. They are disingenuous, and un ethical. Stay away!!! Tony More

He has a great sense of humor, we laughed through the whole process and with the finance department as well. Really everyone and everything there seems upbeat and professional.
