First, they did not honor the service contract they sold me. Second, an oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours. Fourth, my fluids were not filled on my vehicle. Fifth, the service manager Justin, has ignored my phone calls, voicemails and emails. He spoke to me once about the poor experience and has ignored me ever since. Worst possible experience ever. Crooks, liars, cheats. 239-963-6058. Call me to verify the accuracy.
