Their customer service is absolutely exceptional. Every time I was there my salesman, Joe Fattorusso reminded me that Ray Catena is a first class operation and goes above and beyond to make it a pleasurable buying experience. Steve, the sales manager lived up to that description and was incredibly professional and accommodating as well. They both were extremely fair in coming up with a price. No haggling, just honest businessmen (and women) who obviously love their job and gave me a very fair offer. The facility is a palace and reminds me more of a resort than an auto dealership. The service area is inviting and incredibly well run. As a professional dog trainer I always have my standard poodle with me and Ray Catena Audi Freehold is the most dog friendly establishment I have ever been in. Every time we visit everyone comes over to greet my "Ben E" and last night when we picked up the car she literally didn't want to leave. My salesperson, Joseph Fattorusso, showed me the car and went over the features. He then sent over another employee (I believe his name was Alex) who was an expert on all the latest technology incorporated in the vehicle. He was so patient and took time to show me all I felt I could absorb the first time around. He said he was always available if I needed to stop back for further training. There was absolutely no pressure and I felt very comfortable purchasing this vehicle. More

Waste of time and energy Ray Catena would not the match the price on a similarly equipped competitors Audi. The competitor’s vehicle had more options than Ray Catenas Audi, ye Ray Catena would not the match the price on a similarly equipped competitors Audi. The competitor’s vehicle had more options than Ray Catenas Audi, yet 3k cheaper. A day later, the competitor’s car was sold. I should’ve just went with my gut feeling and purchased the vehicle from the other dealer. A week later I get a phone call from the RC sales person saying they’ll do the deal for 500 more than the price I negotiated on the competitor’s vehicle. A manager than calls me and tries to convince me to purchase the vehicle. She said Ray Catena would honor the deal that I that was given by the salesperson (still at 500 more). I agree to the price. She then talks to another manager and he says that he can’t honor it. It’s fine that they couldn’t match the price. However, the run-around that I was given shouldn’t have happened at a supposed “reputable” dealer. More

Professional Integrity, Exceptional Service I will start with this- my wife and I spent nearly 6 weeks researching, test driving, talking with sales people and weighing the pros and cons of near I will start with this- my wife and I spent nearly 6 weeks researching, test driving, talking with sales people and weighing the pros and cons of nearly 10 different vehicles. One of the stops was the Ray Catena Audi Freehold dealership. This would be our first experience with a luxury car dealership. Upon entering the dealership, I was impressed by the very clean appearance and of course the shine of the vehicles. It did not take long for Joseph Fattarusso, an Audi Brand Specialist, to greet us. The first thing I remember Joe saying was “These cars sell themselves!” I was expecting an aggressive sales pitch, but there was no such thing. Joe was very knowledge about the car (he knew more about ‘his’ cars than any other dealer we went too) and answered all our questions. It turns out we were in the market for a Q7, but the exact style we wanted was not immediately available. Joe checked inventories at other locations and found one that was expected at port within a couple weeks. Fast forward two weeks, the car we wanted was at Audi of Freehold. At this point we had not spent much time negotiating, but now was the time. Even with Joe having to know this was the car we feel in love with, we worked out a great deal! Throughout the process, Joe treated us with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Joe and Ray Catena Audi Freehold! More
