Best Experience buying a car yet!!! I usually put off buying a new car because of the extremely long and stressful game playing experience. Not this time! I had the best experience and owe it all to my new favorite car salesman ever, Joe Fattorusso. He listened to me and then guided me to the perfect car that best fit my criteria. Joe made sure I was happy and did his best to cover everything as quickly as possible. I am loving my car and look forward to my next Audi! Great customer service!! I recently purchased a new 2017 A4 (my second from Audi Freehold). This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! The process was (as usu I recently purchased a new 2017 A4 (my second from Audi Freehold). This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! The process was (as usual) pressure free. Where Joe, Denis and Rich really went above and beyond was with an issue I was having with an Audi discount. There was some confusion as to how to apply it, and I couldn't believe how they stepped in and worked with Audi on my behalf to get the issue resolved. I can't think of too many other dealerships where the Sales Manager and the General Manager would sit with you and discuss the issue and then follow through to a successful conclusion! Joe, Denis and Rich are truly exemplary of the Ray Catena culture of customer care! I highly recommend Audi Freehold for both Sales and Service! More
