The receptionist was GENUINELY friendly and engaging at a surprisingly warm level. I was offered espresso, which I gleefully accepted, and was served in a real espresso cup. I was likewise warmly greeted by my Salesman, Joe Fattorusso, who had maintained frequent - but not pushy - email communication prior to my arrival. Joe turned out to be a true differentiator in my making the decision to "go Audi" and stop looking elsewhere, since I had scheduled stops at other dealerships in the area. Joe LISTENED to what I had to say, and showed GENUINE interest in what I was looking for in a vehicle within a set budget. Given the parameters, he worked for the better part of an hour seeking 'fit' for me, and I wasn't disappointed. This was the first time in 50 years that I made a decision on the spot with a dealership - so impressed was I with the courtesies and respect Joe showed me. I would recommend Joe, and Catena Audi, in the drop of a hat to anyone who's looking for another vehicle. Returning my lease I bought my Audi Q5 from Bell Audi in NJ but I did not want to lease with them again. I was not happy with the Q5.
