All the way from walking onto the lot to signing paperwork and driving off both times these guys got it right! They understand that time is valuable and and a vehicle purchase isn’t just that, “ A vehicle purchase”. It is an investment that will hopefully stay with you for years to come and should not be made lightly. I loved that there was a no pressure vibe from our salesman Joe. Very open and friendly! He took his time explaining the different models of 4 Runners that were available and even showed us some comparable vehicles that we might have also found interesting to look at . He also had a good understanding of our personal situation with the loss of our beloved Toyota FJ cruiser and wanted to find a suitable replacement for it. Taking it for a test drive I was able to fully assess the vehicle and again without any pressure or feel of hesitation. I was able to inspect the vehicle inside and out top to bottom with full comfort. Hanlees Hilltop Toyota is still my number one choice when it comes to car buying and I would recommend it to my closest family and friends!!!
