Joseph gave my family and I the red carpet treatment. He explained the car into detail, made sure we were comfortable...the complete experience one should receive when purchasing a car. I've had three nissans in the past and I almost left Nissan for a Mazda. However, by the time my demo drive was finished, I couldn't just leave. I had to stay and Joe played a major role in my decision to purchase another Nissan. He even introduced me to who I should speak to in the service department. You must see Joe for your next vehicle!!! It is a must!!! In addition, Chris in finance was great as well. Amazing experience! One word Joseph Mccauley! This was my second time going to this dealership the first time the timing wasn't right for me financially. They gave me a call back a couple months l This was my second time going to this dealership the first time the timing wasn't right for me financially. They gave me a call back a couple months later and they let me know they had some additional incentives and rebates. I came back and Joseph was pretty awesome to work with he was detailed, diligent, listened to what I wanted answered all my questions and made sure that I was taken care of. He truly went the extra mile! I've been to a lot of dealerships and they say stuff to get you in then everything changes when you're at their location but that was not my experience. The only downside was the time I went in when they opened and left about an hour before they closed my situation was a bit different so the finance team had to jump thru some hoops to get me a new car and I appreciate that tremendously it was worth the wait! I can't say enough nice things about Joseph! I know its his job to assist customers but I could tell that he was sincere in all that he did! Thanks Joey! More
