TLDR: Educate yourself on buying, you'll quickly see this team does all the right things. VEHICLE: 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 Sales Rep: Joe Mora Front Desk: Maria Finance Manager: Nick Rati team does all the right things. VEHICLE: 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 Sales Rep: Joe Mora Front Desk: Maria Finance Manager: Nick Rating: 9.5/10 BEFORE THE VISIT: I knew what vehicle i was looking for and the average Internet Market Value (IMV) for the vehicle and range. I did my research and reached out to approximately 6 dealerships. 3 Immediately reverted to sneaky sales tactics (e.g. "I can't negotiate deals outside of the dealership"). Toyota TV and two others remained in the running. ENTER JOE: Joe replied to my email requesting an Out the Door (OTD) Price. Immediately i received a general price breakdown for the Sales Price and OTD. I followed up requesting a breakdown sheet, and Joe provided. The price was about what I expected, however, I wasn't in a rush to buy and replied saying I was looking at a number approximately 1500 less than the listed OTD. Joe responded informing me that number was a little too low but met me about halfway. At this time I'd say the number Joe offered was extremely fair and exceeded the other 2 dealerships, with a much better vehicle. I say this to let anyone reading this know, Joe is going to offer you a realistic and reasonable deal. I replied stating that the number was still a little off for me and that if he came across any other (very specific) vehicles, keep me in mind. ENTER MARIA: I get an email from Maria, who i later learned was the front desk representative. Maria reached out asking if I was still interested in the truck. I informed her I responded to Joe with a counter offer and opened the door for further discussions if that number couldn't be matched. Maria and I had a great call. No pressure. Simply asking the right questions. She told me Joe was out and that I would get a call from Joe the next day. At this time I had received a comparable offer from a different dealership and was considering a test drive with them. Maria is absolutely the reason that I waited and met with Joe. I wanted to ensure that anyone reading this is aware that this team will ensure you're heard, responded to, and respected. FOLLOW UP CALL: Joe called the next day, as promised. He offered to match my asking price. I asked very specific questions related to OTD pricing and ensuring that the price was not contingent on anything. Joe did say financing with them would make his good deeds on this price go over better with management, but it wasn't contingent on anything. (I truly believe this comment was humorous and in no way trying to leverage my choice. You'll see later that this was not pressured). THE MEET: Joe met my partner and I at the dealership. We did a long inspection of the vehicle and Joe simply offered any answers to questions we may have. For the test drive, Joe gave us the keys, a direction, and said take as many laps as we needed to get a feel. Importantly, this was a 4x4 vehicle. When I asked about any locations to check functionality, Joe was very educated on the use of 4x4, risks of trying to use it for regular flat road driving, and gave me some ways to verify 4x4 without risking damage. It also helped that the vehicle was a Gold Toyota CPO. THE SALE: Joe stuck to the price. He of course mentioned the options for maintenance/warranty extensions, but did not push a sale. I was already pre approved through my Credit Union but agreed that if they knew what banks had the best chance to beat my rate, I'd be open to it. I was very clear not to run my credit more than 3 times. These guys work with banks every day and know which ones will provide a rate. They came back with a .03% lower rate in which i declined, due to my banks history. Joe politely accepted, sent me off to the Finance department, and started prepping the truck. ENTER NICK: Nick was our finance manager. Due to the character limit all I'll say is he was just as amazing as the rest of the team. VERDICT: Tell your friends, family, and yourself. More

I LOVED my experience with Temecula Valley Toyota. I had my heart set on a Toyota Tundra and they (The GM Ryan Brown and my salesperson Joe) pulled out all the stops to work with me. I was a bit inti I had my heart set on a Toyota Tundra and they (The GM Ryan Brown and my salesperson Joe) pulled out all the stops to work with me. I was a bit intimidated leasing a truck by myself (since the loss of my husband) but they were amazing. The shopping, financing, communication were all seamless. Highly, highly recommend! More

I already knew exactly what car I wanted, and he, along with Don, made it happen for me with a great deal. Don was also fantastic, making sure everything went smoothly and ensuring I got the best possible terms. Joseph was incredibly kind and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. This car was a special gift to myself for my 40th birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make it happen.
