Low and behold, they had sold the car before my appointment time and no word to me to let me know that the trip was wasted, so I drove all that way for nothing. Do people a favor and try not to be the stereotypical sleazy car sales people. It’s fraudulent to offer reservations then not honor that system. If you don’t want to be perceived as crooked, don’t act shady in your dealings. I will make sure I tell everyone I know NOT to deal with DOUG JUSTUS AUTO! More

If I could I would like to return this car for a different one. Also I believe there is a hole in the exhaust or intake manifold. If it didn't take so long to receive my title and actually be capable of driving my vehicle I would have known sooner and probably would have tried to do something about it. More

We had anticipated spending the better part of our evenings for several days visiting car lots. When we visited Doug Justus Automotive, we found a number of fine cars within our budget with all the amenities that we were looking for. After several minutes of perusing the inventory, we were approached by Hunter Hancock who showed us a number of other vehicles to consider and educated us as to the advantages of each. The buying experience was not rushed or pressured. We ended up with a beautiful car that we look forward to putting a lot of happy miles on.
