Being honest, I did not leave with a good experience purchasing from this dealership. So happy that he answered the phone the day I called trying to get my issue rectified. He was patient, he was a great listener and clearly understood why I was frustrated. Within 30 mins he was able to rectify my issue which had already taken days with no results. We are a Kia family and when we are ready to buy my new K5, it will be JP I look for I suggest you do the same.
